1. How to find us:

We are located within the “Auraya Wellness Collective” directly off the 101.

Customer parking is open and available to all clients.

Once you arrive to your appointment you are welcome to enjoy our outdoor seating, or visit our neighbors next door “Bound Coffee”, we will welcome you into our suite once we are ready for your scheduled appointment.

2. How to reach us in regards to your appointment:

Our direct contact will be included within your booking confirmation email, if you are running behind or having trouble finding us please call or text this given number.

3. Cancellation Policy

We kindly require a card on a file in order to book all appointments through Sacred Skin. Your card will not be charged, solely stored within our secure booking system, payments are processed after treatment.

If you need to reschedule/cancel your appointment please let us know as soon as possible, less than 24 hour notice may result in a 50% charge of the booked service in order to protect our time and availability as a solo practitioner. Thank you for your respect and understanding.

4. Running behind?

Please be sure to arrive on time for your appointment.

At Sacred Skin we understand that life happens-whether it’s traffic, a bump in the road, or simply life just being life. We do our best to accommodate late showings so that you receive the most out of your booked session.

If you happen to be running behind and are approaching more than 15 minutes late please note this may dip into your service time. Let us know as soon as possible, as over 15 minutes may result in a need to reschedule.
